FAQ

Print Matching

  • The digital images used for print reproduction are of the highest quality and are proofed so that the prints are as close as possible to the original artworks
  • Whilst we match prints using calibrated monitors and printers, please bear in mind that final prints may differ very slightly from the website images


Original & Commissioned Work

  • If you are interested in purchasing any of my original artworks, please use the Contact section
  • If you would like to commission custom artwork, please use the Contact section


Shipping

UK & Ireland:

  • Recorded shipping throughout mainland UK & Ireland is £6.50
  • Multiple items purchased in a single transaction and sent to the same address, shipping is only
  •  charged once (£6.50). This is a form of discount for multiple items
  • Standard UK orders are shipped as Royal Mail First Class
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (not including bank holidays)
  • Deliveries are made via 24-hour courier service (Monday-Friday only)
  • Packages require signature upon delivery
  • All artwork is fully insured (see the Returns section below if there is an issue)


USA & Canada:

  • Recorded shipping throughout mainland USA is £12.95
  • Multiple items purchased in a single transaction and sent to the same address, shipping is only charged once (£12.95). This is a form of discount for multiple items
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days (not including bank holidays)
  • Deliveries are made via ground shipping within 2-7 working days
  • All artwork is fully insured (see the Returns section below if there is an issue)

Payment

  • Secure payment is made through Paypal. Once you have clicked the Checkout button, you will be redirected to Paypal's site to login and process payment


Returns

  • Any obvious damage to the package needs to be registered with the courier upon delivery
  • If there is a problem with your print, you need to report the issue within 5 working days of delivery so we can notify the printers. Please use the Contact section, providing your order confirmation and description of the issue whereupon we will contact you to resolve it
